Job Description

Ready to be a part of something BIG? At The Gellman Team, St. Louis’ #1 Real Estate Team, and the top eXp Realty team in Missouri, we’re looking for an exceptional closing coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you love tackling challenges, hitting deadlines, and contributing to a high-performing team, this is your chance to shine! This role is ideal for someone who naturally takes ownership, thrives on deadlines, communicates exceptionally well with multiple parties, and can think critically and swiftly when a transaction doesn't go exactly according to plan. As a Closing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations-working with top agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and more. You’ll ensure every deal is smooth sailing from contract to close, with the chance to gain hands‑on experience from the best in the business. This isn’t just another job—it’s a chance to learn from industry leaders and make an immediate impact. You can manage a large number of moving pieces without losing track of the details. Deadline-driven. You understand that timing matters. You're comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and can troubleshoot and figure things out independently. Accountable. You take ownership of your files and responsibilities. You don't need someone constantly checking behind you to make sure things are getting done. Resourceful. When you encounter something you've never seen before, your first instinct isn't "I don't know." It's "Let me figure this out." A team player. You understand that excellent operations require collaboration, communication, and a willingness to jump in and help solve problems.
