Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for completing electrical wiring and installation work on prefabricated buildings in a factory environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working from electrical plans and specifications. Experience with residential, commercial, industrial, or modular/prefabricated construction is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Wire and install electrical systems in prefabricated buildings during the manufacturing process.
• Install electrical boxes, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, disconnects, and related equipment.
• Run and terminate electrical wiring according to plans, specifications, and applicable electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, route, and secure conduit, cable, and wiring.
• Perform electrical connections and terminations accurately and efficiently.
• Test electrical systems and troubleshoot wiring issues before buildings leave the factory.
• Inspect comvpleted work to ensure it meets company quality standards and applicable codes.
• Work closely with other electricians, production employees, supervisors, and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand electrical plans and schematics.

• Working knowledge of electrical wiring methods, materials, and tools.

• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, bend, kneel, stand, and work in various positions throughout the workday.

Electrical apprenticeship, trade school, or relevant certifications are preferred but not required depending on experience
