Let's Make It Happen, Together.TEAM PLAYERS who want to DO great work and find INNOVATIVE ways to make animals lives better through our CUSTOMER CENTRIC efforts should apply.Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Business Operations Analyst, Americas CRO at our Shawnee, KS location.Key Responsibilities:Administer and support NetSuite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system usersReview timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and complianceAdd employees to projects and ensure proper training is providedAssist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on timeCreate projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related recordsCreate and maintain the month end close calendarUpdate project financials in Monday.com following month end closeAssist with reporting and data validationAdd and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) usersSet up new courses within the LMSRetrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnelAssist with regulatory and clinical contracts within SalesforceSupport preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs teamAbout You:Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related fieldExperience in Animal Health preferred but not requiredPrior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferredFamiliarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plusStrong Excel and data-validation skillsDemonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow throughAbility to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end closeAbility to multitask and handle several requests simultaneouslyArgenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
